General Administrator – Mackay Cutters
The QCCS Mackay Cutters are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented General Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our club. This role is integral to ensuring smooth administrative processes across finance, payroll, membership management, and club-wide calendar coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Payroll – Assist with financial administration, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and payroll processing.
Membership Management – Oversee membership sign-ups, renewals, and communication with members.
Club Calendar Coordination – Maintain and coordinate the whole-club calendar, ensuring alignment across teams, events, and key stakeholders.
General Administration – Provide support across the organisation, including correspondence, record-keeping, and office management.
About You:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Experience in finance and payroll administration.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
