MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. 1. Renewals

  2. Renewals close at 4:00 pm, Saturday 31st January 2026. Any Club 08 seats not renewed by this date will be made available for upgrades or new members.

  4. 2. Pricing

  5. All prices listed on this website are GST-inclusive. Please note that General Admission 2026 gate entry for adults is $15 per game and concession is $7 per game. This increase is guided by Queensland Rugby League guidelines and has been reflected in the 2026 membership prices. The Mackay Cutters reserve the right to adjust prices for future seasons in accordance with league directives and operational requirements.  Children under 15 are only eligible for free General Admission on game day.

  7. 3. Payment

  8. Payment is required at the time of membership renewal or application processing.

  10. 4. Membership Purchases After First Home Game

  11. Memberships purchased after the first home game will not be sold on a pro-rata basis and will be charged at the standard 2026 membership price unless otherwise offered by Mackay Cutters management team.

  13. 5. Games & Programming

  14. The Mackay Cutters reserve the right to add, withdraw, or substitute games and to vary programming as necessary.

  16. 6. Regular Home Games

  17. Only games played at BB Print Stadium are included in membership. Regular Mackay Cutters home games exclude any NRL Pre-season trial games, NRL regular season games, and all Queensland Rugby League finals series. The 2026 Mackay Cutters memberships include all Hostplus Cup trial games and any junior standalone games.

  19. 7. Number & Scheduling of Home Games

  20. The Mackay Cutters will have at least 8 regular home games per season. Exact dates may not be available at the time of purchase. The QRL sets the Hostplus Cup & BMD Women’s Cup draw, and the Mackay Cutters cannot control its release. The club reserves the right to change home game dates at its discretion.

  22. 8. Admission & Entry

  23. Right of admission is reserved. Ticket membership holders must comply with the Terms and Conditions of Entry to BB Print Stadium Mackay, displayed at the venue entrance. Members enter the venue at their own risk.

  26. 9. Renewals for Previous Club 08 Members

  • Each year, previous VIP Season Pass & Platinum Members will receive an email with:
    a) The price for the following season, which will automatically be charged to their credit card.
    b) A 2-month opt-out period.

  • During the opt-out period, members must notify the Mackay Cutters if they do not wish to renew or if they wish to change seats. Notifications must follow the instructions provided in the email/letter.

  • Members must keep their contact information up to date to receive renewals, members-only events, discounts, and updates. Contact details can be updated via your Intix account or via email at admin@mackaycutters.com.au

  2. 11. Club 08 Seating Allocation

  • New members are allocated the best available seats based on purchase date (“first in, first served”). Once allocated, seats cannot be changed online. Club 08 members must use the allocated seats as shown on their membership card. Season seat allocation applies only to Mackay Cutters home games for the applicable paid year and is not valid for other stadium events.

  1. 12. Refunds

  • Membership refunds are not permitted for a change of mind or personal circumstances. Refunds will be provided only where mandated under the Australian Consumer Law. Merchandise costs may be deducted from any refund.

  1. 13. Suspension or Cancellation of Membership

  • The Mackay Cutters reserve the right to suspend or cancel membership, including season tickets, if a member breaches ground regulations, the Cutters Membership & Fan Code of Conduct, or Harrup Park (Post-game venue) Terms & Conditions.


  1. 14. Concession Cards

  • Valid concession cards include: Senior Card, Pensioner Concession Card Aged, Full-time Student Card, Service Pension, TPI, and Companion Card. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon application. Only one seat per concession card is permitted.

  1. 15. Children’s Membership

  • A child is classified as aged 2–15 years (inclusive) at the time of payment. Children under 15 are eligible for free General Admission on game day.

  1. 16. Family Membership

  • A family membership includes 2 adults and 2 paying children, depending on membership level. Children under 15 are only eligible for free General Admission on game day.

  1. 17. Participating Stores

  • A list of participating stores and offers will be available on the Mackay Cutters website, when available.


  1. 18. Membership Cards/Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Physical and/or digital membership cards remain the property of the Mackay Cutters at all times. Cards must not be shared, sold, or reproduced. Misuse may result in cancellation of membership without refund. A $5 fee per season membership card applies for lost or stolen cards. All season tickets and passes are issued as plastic cards.

  1. 19. Communication & Privacy

  • The primary method of communication is via email. Members are responsible for notifying the club of any changes to their contact details. The Mackay Cutters collect members’ personal information for the purpose of administering memberships, providing services, and communicating offers. Information is handled in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy.


  1. 20. Email Subscriptions

  • New members are automatically subscribed to receive:
    a) Club updates and offers
    b) Mackay Cutters newsletter
    c) Sponsor and partner offers
    d) NRL ticketing offers

Members may unsubscribe from Mackay Cutters marketing at any time. 
 
21. NRL Preseason Trial Pre-sale Tickets
a) The Cutters Crew and Club 08′ memberships pre-sale codes provides early access only to tickets for the NRL Preseason Trial – Cowboys vs Panthers on 13th February 2026 at BB Print Stadium.
b) Use of the pre-sale code does not guarantee ticket availability. Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
c) Maximum of 4 tickets per transaction applies.
d) Tickets purchased using the pre-sale code are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser, including any refund, exchange or resale policies.
e) Cutters Crew or Club 08′ membership must be active and paid in full at the time of ticket purchase to use the pre-sale code.
f) The pre-sale code is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
g) Mackay Cutters and event organisers reserve the right to cancel or modify pre-sale access at any time
