Rugby league is alive and kicking in Mackay this weekend, as Mackay Toyota welcomes three North Queensland Cowboys to town for the annual junior rugby league training shirt handover.
League juniors and supporters are invited to attend, with the opportunity for autograph signings and photographs, as well as to enjoy a sausage sizzle with Cowboys stars Aaron Payne, Dane Hogan & Anthony Watts during their visit.
They will also assist with handing out North Queensland Toyota Dealer T-shirts for league sign-ons, a tradition that Mackay Toyota are proud to continue for the 2010 season.
Every junior league player in 47 clubs across North Queensland will receive a training shirt this weekend in a joint effort across local Toyota dealerships in Innisfail, Ayr, Cairns, Charters Towers, Ingham, Mackay, Mareeba, Mount Isa, Bowen, Townsville and Tully.
Mackay Toyota and the local North Queensland Toyota Dealers are committed to supporting local junior rugby league and to nurturing the next generation of Cowboys stars.
They are also proud to be principal sponsors of the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, now for the seventh year.
